Initial Patient Consultation

Your initial Evaluation consists of 2 separate office visits.

First Visit:
We will perform several tests including a computerized Nerve Express/Heart Rate Variability Test, Nutrition Response Testing Evaluation, Body Restoration Technique Assessment, Body Fat Analysis, and complete history. Your initial evaluation will take about an hour. Please do not eat or drink anything except water for 2 hours prior to this appointment. You will need to be well hydrated for testing so please do drink water during these 2 hours.

For testing accuracy and as a courtesy to our more sensitive patients, we are a fragrance free office so thank you for avoiding wearing colognes, perfumes, or other scented body products to our office.

Second Visit:
Dr. Sonja & Noel Mountain will present a report of our findings including the results of your testing and our recommendations.
